  • Chat with me about your story, goals and training history 

  • 1:1 movement screen with me, your strength coach. I will assess how you move and respond to cues, any areas of concern or focus, imbalances and restrictions, and this session also serves as an opportunity for you to see my style of coaching

  • Devise a new plan of action together to get your health, fitness and strength training journey going! We can go through your schedule, your sleep hygiene, factors that need to be considered such as past injuries or family/work commitments, nutrition, or whatever you want to discuss that will assist you on your journey.

We believe that women should be strong.

Our personalised approach to strength training helps to achieve that. We don’t offer group training classes, instead we keep it personal and place a huge focus on technique and safety by offering “semi-private training” with no more than 4 women per session. We have the highest quality weights-training equipment in a safe, hygienic and stunning environment for our community of women.
