We believe women should be strong! My vision is to get more women into the weights room.

If you want to feel confident in the weights room then you gotta learn the basics.

I’ve helped tonnes of women get stronger, fitter, healthier and more confident by introducing them to strength training and showed thousands of women that girls can be strong and have fun training; and now I am so excited to be able to share this course with you to help you too!

I’ve created this course to help women who are new to strength training or want to go back to basics to really nail the exercises and their technique so that they don’t feel like they’re doing it wrong at the gym, feel less awkward and most importantly don’t get injured!

I’ll be your strength coach throughout the 6 week beginners course to

- guide you through the movements with all of my demonstrations and cues that I use with my own clients
- provide you with loads of tips and content on warming up, recovery, self care, wellness and nutrition
- give you feedback, introduce you to the broader team booty community
- watch you progress and share all of the wins with you!
